Problem
The most frequent reason for not receiving a reply via e-mail are spam filters (esp. at @yahoo.com, @hotmail, @comcast, @qq.com, and @gmail.com e-mail addresses). In most cases we do receive your complaints and attempt to resend the instructions to all e-mail addresses on the file. We also use gmail.com as opposed to supermemo.org as this improves delivery (esp. to gmail.com addresses). If this fails, we attempt a contact by phone (if you listed one in your order). If you do not get an answer in 2-3 attempts, you could best use the Contact Form, or provide an alternative e-mail address.
Remember to add shop[year]@ and help[year]@ addresses to your spam whitelist (e.g. shop2019(AT)supermemo(DOT)org).
You can also edit this page in cases when messages sent to @supermemo.org bounce back for some reason.
Remember also that each year addresses change. For example, shop2017(@)supermemo(.)org will change to shop2018@ on Jan 1, 2018. The old addresses are discarded and misdirected mail will not be retrieved.
Please note also that questions that have already been answered in the documentation receive lower priority and may take longer to process.

I purchased SuperMemo 17 via PayPal registered to a gmail address on May 1st, 2023, though the e-mail I provided for instructions/receipts is a protonmail address. I found the alternative download page, but I have not received any activation codes to either e-mail address. I've seen many people have this issue and it seems like a poor way to start off with SuperMemo. Have you considered just sending out order information from gmail by default?
Using gmail
Feb 1, 2021: We do use g-mail in emergencies. However, in the last 3 days, mail sent from gmail.com to supermemo.org and the other way was falsely marked as spam in many documented cases. supermemo.org is the default mail server. In such cases we temporarily switch to super-memory.org (or others) and also use gmail.com for sending out mail. The system is imperfect, but there has been no need to use the phone for the purpose many months (or years?). Someone suggested the use of Facebook messenger for similar cases. If there is interest we might create a page for that purpose.

I ordered Supermemo 17 on Jan 27, 2021 and haven't received a password either. I too have "4 emails" to my credit, three of which have my contact number. If it makes any difference, I use Protonmail. I have run out of my trial credits and am stuck with using a different app for the time being and no reps neither. Please oblige at your earliest. Thanks.

Technical problem
There were some problems with spam filter software configuration at supermemo.org. Lots of mail sent to default addresses were rejected by the server. Some mail sent out also returned. By the end of Monday, Feb 1, 2021, there seems to be no open cases of problems with communication. All mail was sent and reported as delivered. In case of trouble, we use multiple servers, incl. gmail.com or even the phone. We know that gmx.de often intercepts mail from supermemo.org (and possibly super-memory.com). Perhaps the above will work? me@ ? We have many more channels to try.
In recent mail sent to support, gmx.de occurs in files that are clearly not related to this case. Did you write to help2021@?

If you have an alternative address, you might try it (it does not need to be yours). Nevertheless, we can use other servers on our side incl. gmail.com, which will hopefully resolve the issue. In the meantime, please monitor this page, and report if there is 24h silence on our side. Remember that you can use SuperMemo unregistered for a while.

I bought SuperMemo19 on July 28, 2024, which was 52 days ago, and I still haven’t received the password to unlock it.
I’ve already sent two emails to register2024(@)supermemo(.)org and left two messages on the Store's Contact form, but no luck.
After watching Pleasurable Learning's video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DoeeeH5J5Bg), I’m reaching out here as a last resort.
I’ve also whitelisted @supermemo(.)org in my or******x@gmail.com account just in case.
Could you please send me the password or let me know if there’s any issue?

- your request via Contact Form was received September 18, 2024 at 1:10 am, but it did not Machine ID that is needed for processing
- most likely mail was lost in transit on the way back to you? in such cases we send copies via a few accounts, which probably always resolves the case
