I sent my registration form to register2023(AT)supermemo.org, and have not received a reply within a business day

Answer

The most likely reason is spam filters. Sometimes your mail failes to reach supermemo.org, sometimes our reply is filtered.

This is what you can do in order of priority:

  1. check your mail spam folder (junk mail)
  2. repeat the registration procedure
  3. use SuperMemo Store Contact Form
  4. use this page: Why don't you answer my e-mails?

At registration time, or while using a Contact Form, you can also provide alternative contact means (e.g. phone, Facebook, Discord, etc.).
