Trouble activating on a new computer

I tried reaching out regarding my account recently through the application, as I'm having trouble activating my SuperMemo account on a new laptop. I have the code you shared, but it doesn't seem to work. Can you help me? For clarification purposes, I am only looking to use SM19 on one device.
Answer
- you can register SuperMemo on two devices and learn on two devices interchangeable
- if you plan to use only one device, you still need to activate it on that device
- if the unlock password does not work, see if you are using the one for the new device
If you are not sure, simply send the registration again (click the red bar at the top of the element window).
