Upgrade issues
Script
if you have a history of multiple upgrades, esp. if you skipped a version or two, or participated in beta programs, an old YouTube script might be interfering with a new one. You have two options:
- move SuperMemo to a new clean folder to see how it works by default
- delete old scripts with names such as YouTube/YT/IV.htm/html from the \bin folder

Templates
If your collection pre-dates the arrival of predefined YouTube template, you may need to define it yourself (two HTML components), or start a new collection for incremental video (recommended). The templates used by default are named YouTube and YouTube Extract.
