Duplicate Element shortcut does not work

Question:

I am unable to get the Duplicate Element shortcut CTL+ALT+D to work. I do NOT have Trim Shortcut checked in the Tools -> Options -> SuperMemo tab. Does this functionality still work in SuperMemo 2004?

Answer:

Yes. It should work. Please see if you do not have Ctrl+Alt+D defined as a shortcut in Windows. Windows shortcuts have a higher priority than SuperMemo shortcuts.
