Bugs fixed in SuperMemo 15

Bugs fixed or not reproduced in SuperMemo 15 (Jan 2013)

• SuperMemo works in Windows 8
• Have to paste images twice when pasting into an HTML component
• After a collection repair, SuperMemo gives me a "Nothing more to learn" message even with 80+ Outstanding Items in the Queue
• mp3 playing malfunction on Windows 7 x64 SP1
