BitDefender marked SuperMemo as malware

Subject: False flag ransomware → db errors
Question:
Even though I had told BitDefender to leave my SM18.exe alone to do whatever it wanted, today I was creating a backup and doing a database maintenance: first did a repair yielding no errors, then attempted a backup.
In the middle of the backup my antivirus accuses sm18 of ransomware behavior, I told it to chill out, but still something had happened.
I then ran another Repair to make sure nothing got messed up, and sure enough now I have a bunch of errors. After this repair I did another repair, which showed no errors. I want to make sure I didn't just lose 240 items.
Here's a [link] with an image and a Repair report. Let me know what you think.

I cannot help you with SuperMemo, but I use Bitdefender too. I had to add SM18.exe to Application Access module in SafeFile section to work correctly. After every reinstallation of Bitdefender I have to add SM18.exe again.

answer by WojTho suggests that it is the same old problem of access to files: Some applications lock SuperMemo files and cause errors
Answer 2
The files on the picture iconcache...db are not part of SuperMemo and seem to have been planted by some site viewed in Internet Explorer. Perhaps SuperMemo was tagged because those files got imported to the program? You could submit your error reports. Perhaps they are not associated with the access problem, and you can continue working. If errors are serious, you may need to go back to your backup.
Follow up
Errors such as Item #5479 missing from the outstanding queue are unlikely to be a result of a bug, esp. that you got many of those. It looks like your malware protection blocked access to some files, and it would be safer to restore your backup. The series of errors might indicate that the outstanding queue file was not copied while backing up. In theory, this file is built anew on the next day, so the collection might still work ok.
Case resolution
Thank you all. SM has been working fine since. No problems at all. I did at some point before the incidence click on a link within a SuperMemo element that took me to some websites, which may have planted the said iconcache db.
