Answer

This error could be a result of a crash or errors in backing up the collection. Whatever the answer, do the following:

  1. File : Copy collection to make a backup copy of the collection in a safe location
  2. File : Repair collection with Rebuild registries - this should fix the problem (unless it is more widespread)

This error means that SuperMemo tries to access a text registry member that no longer exists. It might simply have been deleted manually in the registry. In other words, this error does not need to signal a problem with your collection.
