Will I receive e-mail notification?

I have a support case opened. It states on this page that in response to email inquiries, "You should receive a notification via e-mail". I have not received any emails. I checked my spam folder.


(valid as of Jan 30, 2020)

  • all mail sent to support at supermemo.com receive an auto-reply with a case number
  • due to a high volume of mail, not all messages are responded to individually
  • the sentence quoted from SuperMemo 17 documentation is supposed to refer to cases published at supermemopedia.com
  • urgent support cases are always handled at high priority
  • if your cases is already opened at supermemopedia.com, monitoring your page is the best approach (not all contributors will know your e-mail address)
