How to propagate references after an articles has already been processed (extracts or clozes)

Answer

1. Locate the original article (e.g. if you have an extract or close deletion related to the article displayed in the element window, continue clicking the Reference link button in the navigation bar until you reaches the article in question)
2. With the original article displayed in the element window, click the Contents button to switch to the contents window
3. In the contents window, press Ctrl+Space to with the selected element and its descendants an element browser
4. In the browser, right-click, and choose Process browser> : Reference : Set reference.

This will open a reference registry window, in which you can select the existing reference you want all related elements to feature, and press Accept (at the bottom of the window) to set it.

If you do not have a relevant reference yet, use go back to the element window with the original article, and create one with Alt+Q. Once you have it, repeat the described procedure.
