Support Wiki has the following advantages:

difficult question that may need feedback from more than one person can be answered collectively
everyone can help correct the wording or fix spelling errors
everyone can provide links to additional information
questions are archived, rarely deleted, never expired
changes to old entries can be easily found with Recent changes
Wiki is hosted on a server owned by SuperMemo World, and cannot be deleted by an accidental moderator (e.g. as it happened with SuperMemo Yahoo Group)
