- please run File : Repair collection. This could be a simple statistical error caused by a crash that prevented saving some data. Collection repair should then solve it
- if repair does not help, this could be related to a bug in older SuperMemos that would appear in very large collections. If you had more than 65,535 items in one of the categories of the repetition distribution, you could get this error. If possible, please send your KNO file to bug2011 AT supermemo DOT com. You could also write to help2011 AT supermemo DOT come to receive more help with resolving this issue.
- there were two reports of this error occurring. One case was a simple recoverable error in the KNO file. The other case was reported for a collection with hundreds of thousands of elements that revealed the overflow bug. You will need more help if your case is caused by the collection size. Please get in touch via e-mail.
