Answer

Make a backup of the collection and run File : Repair collection.

This error indicates errors in the contents tree. Each node contains the data such as the number of children and descendants. If this data contradicts other data in the collection, you know the collection has been damaged and needs repairs. In this case the node reports more descendants than there are elements in the collection (i.e. a situation that is not possible).

Don't forget to review the entire collection. Perhaps the file damage is more widespread, and this error only tells you that something went wrong with the data.
