Problem with installing Advanced English sounds

Sounds should be located in a collections folder named \elements. Please note that instead of placing that folder in its usual place (i.e. within the collection), you should copy it to any place on your hard disk and point to it from within Advanced English in SuperMemo with Tools : Options : Access : Secondary Storage. This will make it easier to back up your learning material by keeping multimedia folders separate. Instead of backing up all the files (400 MB), you will only need to back up 60 MB of the main collection.

If you use a new Advanced English installation, you can integrate the \elements folder with the collection. However, once you start using your collection and adding your own files (e.g. pictures), you cannot mix your own \elements with secondary storage \elements of Advanced English. If you want to keep all your collection integrated and in one place (not recommended), add the \elements folder with multimedia files BEFORE you start learning.
